salmon, with skin

olive oil
lemon wedges

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Line a metal baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place salmon skin side up on the parchment paper.
Rub half of the olive oil on the salmon skin and half on the other side.
Make sure the salmon is skin side down before placing the pan in the oven.
Bake at 425°F for 20-25 minutes, or until a thermometer reads 145°F when placed into the thickest part of the fish.
Serve with salt, pepper, and lemon wedges as a garnish.
